Glenview Restaurant Remodel
Core Remodel was contracted by new ownership of a Thai restaurant in The Glen, a shopping and entertainment district in Glenview, IL. Having never been remodeled, the space was dated and worn. The new owners wanted to create a modern space with a new bar and open seating to attract new business.

When ownership took possession, their rent was due immediately so completing the project as quickly as possible was top priority. We installed new flooring, electrical, a custom bar and more than 80 lineal feet of custom bench seating with storage underneath. Luckly, ownership was quick to make decisions and flexible on some of the finishes. We completed the project on time and within budget.
