Gold Coast Condo Remodel

We removed and replaced every part of this old and dated condo including flooring, plumbing, electrical, kitchen and bathrooms. Additionally, we re-designed the kitchen to be open and more functional. For the owner to have the highest return, we added a stackable washer and dryer where there was none previously. Despite inevitable changes along the way, this project was completed on time for the owner and his broker to successfully market the condo.
