Lakeview Full Bathroom Remodel
Core Remodel was contracted directly by the owners of this single family home. They wanted the space to be more contemporary with an open walk-in shower replacing the cast iron bathtub.

After starting the job, we noticed various items needed to be replaced including a window with wood rot, the original 10’ wood studs and a traditional floor mounted radiator. Additionally, the client wanted to add floor to ceiling wall tile to create a larger and cleaner look. This was one of our favorite projects simply because the before and after pictures differ so drastically. Many Chicago properties have similar dated bathrooms so we are excited to be able to showcase our quality of work. Another successfully completed project by Core Remodel!
