Core Remodel was contracted by the owner(s) to remodel a basement bathroom and laundry area that had been dated from the original purchase.

We needed to pull permits with the Village of Skokie and submit plans for approval. Unfortunately, when doing so, we discovered that the previous owner had built the lower level bathroom without permits. The owners wanted a more functional laundry area and bathroom that could be used by family members who were visiting from out of town. We tore out the dated shower and added a full walk-in shower and vanity. The owners were very happy with our work! We were excited to work with them once again on a master bathroom project in 2020.
